1. Artist's Homes
The artists and their family will be provided with a small hempcrete home.
2. Artist's Studios
Each artist will be provided a 500 sq ft production studio

- livestock will be used to regenerate and nourish the soil, assist in compost building and supply the community with fibre, eggs and meat

The member's children will be mentored by teachers and members of the community.
