Market Gardens
3 acres of vegetable gardens will supply the members, the students and surrounding area with produce, herbs, eggs and dairy.
Food Forests
The 12 acre food forests will be initiated the first year, by starting tree stock, shrubs and perennial plants in the food forest propagation greenhouse. In the mean time the grounds will be prepared for the planting during the following years.

Livestock
Livestock will be used to regenerate and nourish the soil, assist in compost building, supply the community with fibre, eggs and meat.
